Mascotte Special SW Rolling Papers

Mascotte was founded in Belgium as a family business in 1858. After WW II, rolling papers were hard to find and imports were outlawed so they turned to the super thin paper used by bible printers as a new source. They further developed this paper over the years and now Mascotte is the number one rolling paper in the Dutch market, with a strong following throughout the rest of the world. The Mascotte Special has tiny perforations that help the air flow and prevent running.
