Rolling Paper Store Shipping Policy


We ship Monday through Friday USPS or Fed Ex. to all 50 states and Canada including APO addresses. Our shipping program picks the best carrier based on your desired delivery time, the weight of your order and your address. Additional charges may apply for shipments to Alaska and Hawaii as well as Canada. Any duties due for International shipments are the responsibility of the purchaser. 


Ground shipping is free on pretax orders of $49 or more.


We are not responsible for any delay in shipping due to incorrect or missing address information. If your address is incorrect our shipping program will flag it and we will contact you by email  at that time. Please be aware that any delay responding could result in a delay in shipping.


All orders have tracking numbers which will be supplied via email upon shipping. Check your spam folder if you don't get your tracking info. The file contains a link and frequently virus software will spam it out. 


Orders received before 8 a.m. Mountain Standard Time will ship the same day provided all items are in stock. Orders received after that time will ship the following day. Please keep this in mind when choosing 2 day or overnight shipping. For example if you want your order on a Friday, you would have to order by Wednesday at 8 a.m. MST and choose 2 day shipping. 


We will notify you of out of stocks within 24 hours. Generally we will ship the balance of your order and issue an immediate refund for the out of stock item and the shipping for that item.


If you aren't shipping to your billing address, for example a gift, our credit card company may require proof of identity. Orders over $150 will require a signature unless you are a known customer with a purchase history. 


Ground orders take 7 to 10 days for delivery. If you don't receive your order within that time frame, or your tracking shows no movement contact us by email at sales@rollingpaper.store with your name and order number. We will assist you in locating your order.


If an order is returned to us as undeliverable we will refund your purchase price, less the shipping, unless the error was ours. In cases like this we always try to contact you.
